Baad az salam main aaj aap ko ek Aisi Haqeeqat se Aagah karne jaaraha hoon ke jis ko shayad buhot se log maanne se hi Inkaar karden! or kuch log is main tanqeedain karne lagain or kuch log is ko maan ker meri is mehnat ko kaaraamad banaden! yaani is tehreer or is kaawish pe mujhe mile jule rujhaanaat ka saamna pehle bhi raha hai! or shayad ab bhi rahay ga! khair phir bhi main is kaare khair ko baraay khushnoody-e-Mola Mushkil Kusha Anjaam de raha hoon! saahibaan-e-Aql-o-Firaasat is pe ghaur-o-fikr ke saath or inhemaak ke saath tawajjuh se samjhen to be shak is main samajh ne walon ke lye buhot kuch hai!Mola is ke lye aap ko ajr-e-kabeer ata karen Aameen!

Introduction:

Namaz deen ka eham tareen rukn hai or furoo-e-deen ka pehla rukn hai! Or rewayat hai keh jis shakhs ki namaz qabool hai uskay tamam aamaal qubool hongay! or jis ki namaz Qubool nahin Us kay Tamam Aamaal barbad hain! Lehaaza hum per Wajib hai ke Qaboolyat-e-namaz ko Yaqeeni Banane ke lye Sehat-e-Namaz pe khaas tawajjuh den. Is silsile main Tashahud ek Khaas Ehmiyat ka haamil hai.

Tashahud:

Tashahud Shahadat dene ko kehte hain. Musalmaanon ke baaqi tamam firqon main tashahud per koi Ikhtelaaf nahin kyun ke woh sab is baat pe muttafiq hain ke kalimah ho yaa Azaan, Aqamat ho ya Tashahud. Her Muqaam pe Sirf do shahadatain yani Shahadat-e-Tauheed or Shahadat-e-Risaalat Kaafi hain! Is ke Barkhilaf Choonke Mazhab-e-Shia or deegar firqon main Farq hi sirf Shahadat-e-Wilayat-e-Ali(a.s) ka hai! Is kye Shia yeh Laazim samajhte hainkeh shahadat kisi bhi maqaam pe di jaay! is main shahadat-e-tauheed or shahadat-e-risaalat ke saath saath Shahadat-e-Wilayat ka hona Zarooryaat-e-Mazhab-e-Shia se hai. Albattah shion main is baaray main kaafi Arsay se ek Ibhaam paida hogaya hai or choonke buhot say shia is baaray main Nusoos-e-sareeha se nawaqif hain Is lye aam Logon ki tarah Woh bhi namaz main sirf do shahadaton per hi iktafa karte hain jis ki Bunyaad chund sawalaat hain jo Aksar kye jaatay hain. Agar chay Is Mauzoo pe Tafseeli kitabain Mojood hain Lekin Awwal to woh Her shakhs ki dastaras main nahin or doosray yeh ke is taiz raftaar zamane main logon ke paas kitabain padhne ka waqt zara kum hi hota hai! is lye hum ne faislah kya keh is mukhtasir pumphlet ke Zarye Logon tak Zaroori Maloomaat ponhchadi jayn.

Detail:

Yeh Baat zehen main rakhni chahye ke mojooda zamane main namaz main kisi shay ka shaamil nah hona ya kisi shay ka Izafa hojana is baat ki daleel nahin bansakta keh Asal namaz main bhi yehi soorat-e-haal ho. Aap jaante hain keh Kalima Azan Aqamat or namaz main is qadr tabdeelyan kardee gaye hain keh Aaj musalmanon main in cheezon ke baray main qadam qadam per Ikhtelaaf paay jaatay hain yahan tak ke Mukhtalif firqon ka Tareeqa-e-namaz tak ek doosray se Mukhtalif hai is lye namaz ko uski mojoodah soorat main joon ka toon qabool karlena aqal mandi nahin hogi balke talash-o-tajassus se kaam laiker haqeeqat tak puhonchna hoga. Khas tor Per Janab-e-Ameer-ul-Momineen ke baaray main her ek shay ko intehayee Ameeq nazar se dekhna hoga kyun ke jis cheez ko sab se zyadah chupaya gaya hai woh Wilayat-e-Ameer-ul-Momineen hi hai! Ek taweel Arsah aisa guzra ke Ali ka naam lena hi qatal hojaane ke lye kaafi hota tha.Aisi soorat main Shahadat-e-Wilayat Ailaanyah taur pe kis tarah Ada kee jaasaktee thee? log Apni janain bachane ke lye taqayya kartay rahe or yeh taqayya itna taweel hogaya keh shahadat-e-wilayat khud shion ki nazron se bhi ojhal ho gayee. Shion ki jaanain bachane ke lye khud Aaymma-e-Taahereen(a.s) bhi alalailaan shion ko is kalime ki taaleem nahin daitay thay balkeh sirf chund makhsoos or qabil-e-aitebaar logon ko hi batlaya karte thay taakeh woh ahel logon tak ponhcha saken. Chunaanche Kitab-e-Kaafi; baab-e-tashahud main Imam Muhammad Baqar(A.S) farmaatay hain :"agar hum tashahud ka taayyun kardete to hamare mawali halaak hojaate". Lehaaza agar Aaj ke zamane main yeh shahadat Aam nahin hai to is se Pareshan nahin hona chahye! Haan in sawalaat ka jayezah lena yaqeenan zaroori hai jo shia Azhaan ko taraddud main mubtelaa kertay rehte hain or woh sawalaat yeh hain:-

1- Kya Aqla is baat ka taqazah karti hai keh tashahud main shahadat-e-Wilayat ko laazmi samjha jaay?

2- Kya Quran ne Shahadat-e-Saalisah ka hukum dya hai?

3- Kya ahadees main is baare main Nasoos-e-sareeha mojood hain?

4- Kya Rasool-e-khuda(s.a.w.w) or Aaymma-e-Masumeen(a.s) Tashahud main Shahadat-e-saalisah ada kartay thay?

5- Fuqaha is baaray main kya kehte hain?Ab hum baari baari in sawalaat ka jaayzah lengay!

Aqal:

1-Namaz main aam taur pe do shahadatain di jaati hain. Shahadat-e-Tauheed or shahadat-e-Risaalat. Do shahadaton ko Arbi main "Shahadatain" kaha jata hai jab keh teen ya is say zyadah shahadaton ko "Shahadaat" kehte hain. Lafz-e-Shahadatain pooray quran main kisi Ek muqaam per bhi nahin dikhaya jaasakta jab keh lafz-e-Shahadaat hum Quran main dikha sakte hain or woh namaz ke hawale se. Is ke baawajood shahadatain per israar kerna kya Quran ki Mukhalifat nahin hai?.

2- Soora-e-Maydah"Alyom-o-akmalt-o-lakum deenakum" yeh aayat ghadeer-e-khum main nazi hui. Lafz "Alyom" bata raha hai keh kisi khaas din koi khaas waqyah aisa waqoo' pazeer hua jis ki wajah se deen mukammal hogaya or taareekh shahid hai ke woh waqyah Elaan-e-Wilayat-e-ALi(a.s) ka tha. Is Ailaan ka hukum itni taakeed ke saath naazil hua ke Khaatim-un-Nabiyeen ki risalat hi khatray main padto nazar arahi thi! Agar Rasool Allah yeh Ailan nah karte to kya un ki risalat bach jaati? Kya deen-e-Islam bach jata? Kya namaz deen main shamil nahin hai?. Pas jis shahadat ke baghair Rasool(s.a.w.w) ki risalat namukammal ho. deen-e-Khuda namukammal ho Us shahadat ko Ada kye baghair kisi ki namaz kis tarah bach saktee hai ya mukammal hosakti hai?

3- Kon nahin jaanta ke Tashahud Namaz ka ek rukn hai! Is ke baaray main shaikh Mufeed Apni kitab"Al-Ikhtesaas" main or Abul Hassan Shareefor deegar Ulama Apni a[ni kitabon main Imam Muhammad Baqer(a.s) ka yeh Farmaan Tehreer karte hain. Imam Farmaate hain"Namaz Ameer-ul-Momineen hainYaani namaz se Murad Wilayat hai or yehi wilayat-e-Kubra hai".Khud Janab-e-Ameer farmatay hain(or is ke beshumaar hawale paish kye jaasakte hain)"Ana salat-ul-momineen"Main hi momin ki namaz hoon.Kya Aqal is baat ki Ijaazat deti hai keh jo mujassam namaz or haqeeqat-e-Namaz ho us hi ke zikr ko namaz se bahar rakha jaay? or is ke zikr ke baghair namaz ka koi wajood ho sakta hai?.

Quran:

Al-Ma'arij 33 to 35" wallazeena hum beshahadaatehim qaymoon .Wallazeenahum Ala Salatehim Yuhaafezoon .Ulayka fi janaatin mukremoon" .Translation: "or jo log apni shahadaat per qaym rehne waale hain or jo log apni namazon ki hifazat kartay hain aise hi log jannaton main Izzat panay wale hongay".

In aayaat main Khuda un logon ki khoobi bayan farma raha hai jo teen shahadaton per Qaaym rehte hue Apni namazon ki Hifazat karte hain.

Ahadees:

1- Tanveer-ul-Eemaan main janab Yaqoob kaleeni Rasool Allah ki zabani ek hadees-e-qudsee naqal farmaatay hain keh Mairaaj se waapsi ke waqt Allah ne Farmaya "Apni ummat se kehdena Ali-un-Wali-ul-lah mere or tumhare darmyan waseelah hai or is se ghaafil nah hona. Or yaad rakho nah tumhari azan mukammal hogi nah Aqaamat nah namaz nah Rozah nah Hajj nah Zakat nah tumhari wiladat nah tumhari maut Magar Zikr-e-Ali ibn-e-Abi Taalib(Imran) se".

2- Shajr-e-Tooba 'Majmooa najaf-e-ashraf : Atbah bin Aamir jehni Sahabi-e-Rasool riwayat karta hai keh"Hum ne Rasool Allah se Is Qaul pe bai'at ki "Ash'haduan La-elaha-Illallah wahdahoo lashareekalahoo Wa-Ash'haduanna Muhammadan Nabiyyehi wa Aliyyan waseeyehi" or agar hum in shahadaat main se kisi ek ko tark karen to kaafir hongay".

3- Muqadma-e-Mishkat-ul-Anwaar : Janab-e-Ameer ne farmaya."Jo meri Wilayat ka Iqraar nahin karta Usay Muhammad ki nabooat ka Iqraar koi Faydah nah de ga. Aagah raho yeh donon Shahadatain Lazim-o-Malzoom hain"Ehtejaaj-e-Tabrisi jild;1 main- Imam Jaffer-e-sadiq(a.s) ne farmaya " faaza aqaala ahadkum la'ilaha illallahmuhammad-ur-rasoolullah falyaqul AliunAmeer-al-momineena wali-allah"( pas jab bhi tum main se koi bhi kahe La-elaha Illallah Muhammad-ur-rasoolullah to saath hi fauran kahay Aliun-Ameer-al-momineena Wali-Allahe)

Is hadees main kisi bhi waqt ya muqaam ko mustasna nahin kya gaya balke her shakhs pe Wajib kya gaya keh jab bhi or jahan bhi Shahadatain(do shahadaten) ada kare Fauran Teesri shahadat bhi ada karay.

5- Imaali sadooq ; Imam Raza(a.s) Hadees-e-Qudsee bayan farmate hain keh Allah ne Farmaya "Main kisi Amal karne wale ke Amal ko qabool nahin karoonga jab tak woh Ahmed ki risaalat ke saath Ali ki wilayat ka iqraar nah karay". Sochna yeh chahye keh kya Namaz Amal nahin hai?

Ab hum dekhte hain ke Kya Rasool Allah or Aaymma-e-Masumeen Namaz main shahadat-e-Saalisah ada kartay thay?

Rasool-Allah Ki Namaz:

Soora-e-Bani Israel ; " (Ae Rasool) Apni namaz main nah to buhot buland Awaz se padho or nah hi chhupao balke darmyanah rasta talash karo".

Basayr-ul-darajaat, ayashi , saafi ,Burhan , Noor-us-saqalain ; In tamam tafaseer main Mundarajah bala Aayaat ki Tafseer main Imam Muhammad Baqar(a.s) farmatay hain "Wala tajhar besalawaatika" ka matlab yeh hai ke " Ali(a.s) ki Wilayat ka us waqt tak namaz main buland Awaz se Izhaar nah karo jab tak keh main is baaray main hukum nah doon". " wala takhafut beha" ka yeh matlab hai keh" Aisi madham Awaz main Wilayat-e-Ali(a.s) ada karo keh khud Ali(a.s) is ko sun sakay Yaani Ali(a.s) se nah Chhupao". " Wab tegh baina zalika sabeela". ka maqsad yeh hai keh tum mujhse sawal kerte raho keh Amr-e-Wilayat ke Izhaar ki tum ko Ijaazat dedoon. chunanchay Rasool us ka sawal kartay rahay or baroz-e-khum-e-ghadeer us ke Izhaar ka hukum mil gaya".

Is say saabit hua keh Rasool Allah qabl-e-Ghadeer dheemi Awaz se Apni namaz main shahadat-e-Wilayat-e-Ali(a.s) padhtay rahay or Baad-e-Ghadeer Ba-awaz-e-Buland Aap ne yeh shahadat Apni namaz main jaari rakhi.

Imam-e-Jaffer-e-Sadiq(a.s) ki Namaz:

Behaar-ul-Anwaar jild;84 main marqoom hai keh Imam-e-Jaffer-e-Sadiq(a.s) apni namaz main tashahud is tarah padha kartay thay " Ash'hado'annaka na'murrabbo wa an muhammadan na'marrasool wa an Ali ibn-e-abi taalibin na'malmola".

Imam-e-Ali Raza(a.s) ki Namaz:

Fiqha-ul-raza main tehreer hai keh Imam-e-Raza Apni namaz main Dauraan-e-Tashahud yeh jumlah padha karrte thay;

" Ash'hado'annaka na'murrabbo wa an muhammadan na'marrasool wa an Aliyyan na'malmola".

Aqwaal-e-Fuqaha:

1- Syed Muhammad TabrisiMabaseeh-ul-irshad main farmate hain:-

Kalimah Alyunwaliullah ka zamana-e-nabi main hona saabit hai jo bani Umayyah ke zamane main matrook hua".

2- Beshumaar fuqaha-o-Mujtahedeen aisay hain jo namaz main shahadat-e-Saalesah ke qayl hue hain. Un main chand ke Asmaay geraami zail main darj kye jaarahe hain :-

1-Ayat-ul-lah syed Muhammad Mehdi Sheerazi

2-Ayat-ullah-uluzma-Syed Abulqasim khooyee

3-Aayat-ul-lah syed Muhammad Jawwad tabatabayee

4-Aayat-ul-lah syed Muhammad Hasni baghdadi

5-Aayat-ul-lah syed Abdullah Sherazi

6-Aayat-ul-lah syed muhammad Ali tabatabayee

7-Aayat-ul-lah syed Shahab-ud-din hussaini najfi mar'ashi

8-Aayat-ul-lah shaikh Murtaza Aal-e-Yaseen

9-Aayat-ul-lah syed razi-ud-din ahmad mustanbit

10-Aayat-ul-lah syed mahmood shaharwardi

11-Aayat-ul-lah syed Muhammad Sheerazi.

Note: Mudareja bala haqayq ke paishay nazar koi sawal haarij nahin rehta or is baat main koi shak baaqi nahin rehta keh her momin ka farz hai ke Apni namaz ki qaboolyat or hifaazat ko yaqeeni banaanay ke lye isay shahadat-e-wilayat-e-Ali(a.s) say zenat de taakeh Uski namaz woh namaz ho jaay jo Allah, Rasool or Aymma-e- Masumeen ko mehboob hai or jo asal namaz or haqeeqat-e-Namaz hai.
