Dua'a e Marefat Campaign!





The month of Shaban is the holy month is which the Wiladat of our Awaiting Imam the Mahdi occurs. This holy month is also dedicated to our Holy Prophet (saw), Imam Hussain (as), Hazrat Abbas (as), Imam Zainul Abideen (as) and Imam Mahdi (as).
It has been narrated that once Zurarah a companion of Imam Sadiq (as) once asked “What is the best action during occultation?” The Imam replied always recite the supplication of Dua’a e Marefat.
Shiabelievers.com has decided to hold a campaign relating to Imam Mahdi (as) which will be the recitation of Dua’a e Marefat. This Campaign will take place in this holy month of Shaban 1429 (August 4, 2008 – September 2, 2008).

Istighfar Campaign.

“And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord, and a Garden the extensiveness of which is the heavens and the earth, prepared for those who guard against evil”. (3:132)
The Holy Prophet (saw) said “fortunate is the person who finds in his record of deeds a lot of seeking forgivness”.

The holy month of Ramadhan is an excellent opportunity to have one's sins forgivven. Allah's blessings and mercy are so abundant in this month that anybody who truly repents in it, becomes as free of sins at the end of the month as when he was born. It is a glorious chance offered to us by the Almighty, a chance to cleanse and purify oneselves from the filth of the sins and evil . The Holy Prophet has advised the believers: O people...your back is breaking under the heavy load of your sins, so prostrate yourself before him (in Ramadhan) for long intervals, and make it lighter.
It is a proof of the love of the Almighty that each year he gives us a chnace to clean our record and make a fresh start. Contrary to those who think that Allah is strict and harsh, that He will punish us as soon as we err, Allah gives us many chances to undo the wrong we have done towards him. The month of Ramadhan is the best of these chances. All the duas for this month teach us to plead for forgivness and deliverance from the punishment. One who recites these duas sincerely, and is truly repentant, is assured of forgivness.

A Person went to Imam and said: O Son Of Prophet ( PB ) i travel for trade and sometimes i have to ride ships or boats to go across rivers and i am scared of water... Imam Replied: Read this Dua whenever you are scared of anything and Allah will protect you and your family for the sake of Dua of protection you ask for all His creations.
